Telephone Calls

Inmate phone services are provided by NCIC Inmate Communications.  If you have any problems or questions, please contact NCIC directly at 1-800-943-2189. Inmates are allowed to make collect or prepaid calls to unblocked numbers, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. For security purposes, the phone call may be monitored. Make sure you have an unrestricted phone line and your phone service allows you to accept collect calls. If you do not want to receive these calls, your line can be blocked - please call 1-800-943-2189 and request that your line be "call blocked".
