The Museum is dependent on volunteers! 

Since 2021, the Museum is only open because individuals volunteer there time to staff the front desk.  Without the help of committed community members, the Museum would simply not be open to the public.

There are many ways to volunteer and contribute.  You can help with general tasks (such as maintaining the grounds and museum interior) or specific duties - like doing research, helping to catalog the collection, or assisting in special events. 

There is no commitment to volunteering.  If you are free a few hours a month and can come in on a regular schedule, we’d love to have you volunteer with us.  If you are passionate of our local history, we have a role for you!
