Veterans Serving Veterans

The Siskiyou County Veterans Service Office serves Veterans and their families and is their principal advocate ensuring they receive the benefits they have earned in serving our country.  As advocates for Veterans and their families, we are committed to providing the support they need with an attitude of caring, courtesy and respect.

What We Do

• Disseminate information on Veterans benefits
• Assist in the application for state and federal benefits
• Facilitate the referral process to appropriate outside agencies
• Help obtain relevant military records and decorations
• Provide information in locating transportation to local VA Medical Centers

Federal Benefits

The Siskiyou County Veterans Service Office assists Veterans in obtaining relevant documents and submitting claims for benefits to the appropriate VA Regional Office.  We can assist and guide Veterans and their dependents in the following areas:
