Adult System of Care
Provides services to adult individuals suffering from severe and persistent mental health problems. These services include:
- Crisis intervention
- Psychiatric assessments
- Individual and group therapy
- Medication service
- Case management.
Outreach to homeless mentally ill individuals and other underserved populations and intensive ‘whatever it takes’ case management services are also available through the Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Program.
