Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement unit is part of the Planning Department and they are responsible for checking out suspected code violations.  The reporting of and investigation of Marijuana issues has been moved to the Sheriff's Office. 

If you wish to report a suspected marijuana code violation please complete the Online Marijuana Crime Report. 

If you wish to request a hearing on a notice/citation issued under chapter 10.14, please complete and return the form located under Supporting Documents.
