County Housing Programs and Projects

HHSA operates a small staff unit focused on housing services. The purpose of the housing unit is to foster housing stability for individuals and families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness through a variety of housing programs.

Programs may offer outreach, case management, housing navigation, shelter, and/or permanent housing support for eligible program participants. The eligibility criteria and availability of services vary by program.

Individuals in need of housing assistance are encouraged to contact Social Services for more information on available housing services. Households may submit applications in person at Social Services, on the phone (530-841-2700) or online here.
