You’re invited to share your input on the NorCal Continuum of Care Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan
The NorCal Continuum of Care (CoC) is a consortium of individuals and organizations with the common purpose of planning a housing and services system for people who are unhoused and living in Del Norte, Modoc, Lassen, Sierra, Shasta, Plumas, and Siskiyou Counties. The CoC is hosting a series of public meetings to receive input on the development of a Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan. This Plan will allow the CoC to effectively use its varied sources of funding to support permanent housing and services and to access new funding through the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program (HHAP-5).
