Limited Conservatorship

A Limited Conservatorship is a probate conservatorship. These are used for Developmentally Disabled persons, and therefore the rights denied of the person are limited to only those items that the developmentally disabled person cannot do for themselves, i.e. manage money, make medical decisions, etc.  The conservator is usually a parent of their disabled child.  The Public Guardian does not handle Limited Conservatorships.
