Mobile Health Services

SCPH provides FREE health services at various locations throughout the county to community members who may have barriers to accessing basic healthcare.

Services Provided:

Blood pressure checks
Blood glucose checks
Pre-diabetes risk screening
Basic wound care
Personalized health plans
At-home, self-collect STI, Heart Health, Diabetes, and Colon Cancer tests

Wellness on Wheels (WOW) Mobile Clinic

WOW is a 30-foot clinic on wheels. The clinic includes a waiting area, consultation space, and a medical exam room.

Patients are served on a drop-in basis; no appointment is needed.
