Planning & Service Area 2 Area Agency on Aging (PSA2)  - Services include personal care, adult day care, adult day health, case management, assisted transportation, legal assistance, information and assistance, outreach, and long-term care ombudsman. 

Madrone Senior Services - Madrone Hospice, Inc. Provides a variety of services through the Madrone Senior Services program.

Dignity Health - Connected Living - Connected Living is an outpatient services clinic that offers many services, including Meals on Wheels, a food bank, and a senior dining room.

Grenada Gardens - Offers both short and long-term residency, depending on your care and lifestyle needs and preferences.

Emergency Preparedness

Access and Functional Needs (AFN) Registry - The Access and Functional Needs registry is a comprehensive database designed to identify and track individuals who may require additional assistance during emergencies or disasters due to their specific access and functional needs.

In-Home Care

In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) - The IHSS program provides services to eligible people over the age of 65, the blind, and/or disabled. The goal of the IHSS program is to allow a person to live safely in their own home and avoid the need for out-of-home care. Services almost always need to be provided in the individual’s own home.

Visiting Angels - Visiting Angels Senior Care and In Home Assisted Living Services can assist elderly people located in the Valley & Mountain Communities of Shasta, Tehama & Siskiyou Counties, California and surrounding areas in Shasta County, California
