Public Works and OES Offering Sand and Sandbags

The Public Works Department, in partnership with the Siskiyou County Office of Emergency Services, and the City of Dunsmuir would like to offer Sand and Sandbags in Preparation for the coming weather.

If you are in need of sandbags, you can go to the Mt. Shasta County Yard, Happy Camp County Yard, the Scott Valley County Yard, and the City of Dunsmuir - Public Works Yard.

Mt. Shasta County Yard

Both sand and bags are available onsite.

Please note - the sand is to only be used in the bags provided (no filling of trucks or taking sand by the truckload).
