Administrative Order Hearing
The Administrative Order Hearing Board (AOHB) was established by the Board of Supervisors for the purpose of conducting hearings to rule on the issuance of Administrative Orders and the accounting of proposed lien costs pursuant to the code compliance and nuisance abatement provisions of Title 1, Chapter 5 of the Siskiyou County Code. The AOHB consists of the Planning Commission or the Board of Supervisors, and will generally convene as needed during the Commission or Board’s regularly scheduled meetings. In addition, the AOHB convenes for special meetings on an as-needed-basis. Hearings conducted by the Hearing Board are open to members of the public and are subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act.
