Free Household Waste Dump Day 6/1/24

Caltrans District 2 and Siskiyou County General Services Department are partnering to pay for Siskiyou County residents to dump their household waste for FREE at the Oberlin Transfer Station, Black Butte Transfer Station, and the Happy Camp Transfer Station on June 1st, 2024!

Oberlin Transfer Station

Black Butte Transfer Station
3710 Spring Hill Road, Mt. Shasta, CA
9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Happy Camp Transfer Station
65600 Hwy 96, Happy Camp, CA
10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

To help minimize traffic, we recommend that you use this opportunity to only bring items that qualify for the free dump day and plan a separate trip to bring any other items that need to be disposed of. Make sure you properly secure your load prior to transport!
