Siskiyou County Green Waste Days

The County of Siskiyou - General Services Department is hosting reduced-price Green Waste Days to support landowners/residents in cleaning up their property and preparing for the upcoming fire season.

Please bring your Green Waste material to one of the two locations on the corresponding dates:

Black Butte Transfer Station - 3710 Spring Hill Road, Mt. Shasta
- April 17th, 18th, 19th, 21st, 22nd (free day sponsored by Caltrans) 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th, 29th
- 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
Oberlin Road Transfer Station - 2420 Oberlin Rd, Yreka
- April 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 22nd (free day sponsored by Caltrans) 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 29th
- 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M

$5.00 per pickup or trailer load (approx. 2x cubic yards)
No commercial vehicles
Leaves & grass clippings must be separated from brush/limbs/branches
No free trash!
