Three County Board Meeting 4/30/24
Join us for a unique Three County Board Meeting on 4/30/2024, hosted by Siskiyou County, Modoc County, and Klamath County. The Meeting will begin at 9:00 A.M. at Klamath Water Users Association (KWUA) 2312 S 6th Street, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. We will then begin the tour via charter bus and make stops at the following locations. Presentations will be made by local irrigators and industry experts.
- Stop 1: A Canal Headworks/Link River Estates
- Stop 2: Klamath Drainage District/Lower Klamath Refuges
- Stop 3 (11:15 am, approximately): Liskey Farms (Lunch will be provided)
- Stop 4: Pumping Plant D/Tulelake Refuges
- Stop 5: Copic Bay/Petroglyphs
- Stop 6: Cal-Ore Produce
- Stop 7: Return to KWUA
The public is invited to join the Board for the meeting/tour with seating on the Charter Bus for the public to be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the rural locations of the tour stops, we advise members of the public who wish to attend to join at 9:00 A.M. at Klamath Water Users Association (2312 South 6th Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601), or 11:15 A.M. (approximately) during lunch at Liskey Farms (4000 Lower Klamath Lake Road, Klamath Falls, Oregon, 97603) If you choose to attend, please wear appropriate attire as we'll be outside and on site for most of the day. Restrooms will be available at KWUA and our lunch stop.
