Identification of Property

The best identification of the property is the parcel number. Check the parcel number and property location (SITUS) to be sure this is the correct property. The law does not permit the Tax Collector to authorize refunds for payments made on the wrong property except under certain specified conditions.

If you have received a tax bill for a property that has been sold, please forward that bill to the new owner or return it to this office with the new owner's name.
