License Exemptions

The following businesses are exempt from business license requirements:

1. Agriculture. Includes the sale of agricultural products upon the premises where it is produced.
2. Employment. A person who works for another at an agreed rate of compensation.
3. Charities. Religious, service, fraternal, farmers, church, charitable and nonprofit organizations.
