This list represents a guideline and may or may not be all inclusive:

1. FOUNDATION
   
   1. Trenches
   2. Required steel in place
   3. Material on site unless transit mix
   4. Forms set
   5. Prior to grouting masonry units
2. CONCRETE SLAB OR UNDERFLOOR
   
   1. All in-slab or under floor building service equipment, conduit, piping, ducting and auxiliary equipment items are in place, but before any concrete placement or floor sheathing installed, including the sub-floor.
3. FRAMING
   
   1. All framing members
   2. Fire-blocking
   3. Bracing
   4. Electrical
   5. Piping and testing
   6. Chimneys
   7. Vents
   8. Roofing
   9. Ducts
   10. Glazing
4. INSULATION
   
   1. All insulating materials in place.
5. LATH/WALLBOARD
   
   1. In place but prior to plastering or taping.
6. FINAL
   
   1. After finish grading and the building is complete.
